My Complaint Against Wells Fargo to the United States Department of Justice
In March 2020, I submitted a 9 page complaint against Wells Fargo to the United States Department of Justice Criminal Division via email. The Justice Department replied that my complaint didn't have sufficient detail for the Justice Department to do an investigation. I desperately needed their help, so if more detailed is what they want, then more detailed is what I will give them.
I spent the next 7 months preparing the 126-page complaint that is linked below. I was severely ill and profoundly disabled with PTSD. I had hardly any time that I was well enough to do anything. Total time composing the complaint I estimate was at 80 to 100 hours. You will have to overlook the grammar and spelling errors, of which there are quite a few. Due to my severe PTSD, I was unable to proofread it. I was also not nearly finished with my complaint at the time that I submitted it. It needed more work, but circumstances would compel me to submit it as fast as I could.
This complaint is long and it is very detailed. Looking back, I overdid it. It is too detailed, but this is what I thought the Justice Department wanted. All my efforts were for nothing. In the time between March 2020 and October 28th, 2020, the day that I submitted my revised complaint, the Justice Department had gotten the gravity of the situation. Before I had even submitted my complaint, a massive, state-sponsored coverup was underway. This coverup would involve merciless criminal abuse of me.
