Download my Submissions to the SEC Concerning Wells Fargo's Violation of Numerous Regulations
Go Directly to File Download LinksAs of March 15th, 2024, I have completed 27 Submissions to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The original submission (#17068-285-022-351) was completed on February 1st, 2024. The subsequent submissions were all additions to that same submission.
The purpose was to submit the evidence for my case, as well as my evidence analysis videos to the SEC. The SEC will allow you to submit up to 25 files per submission, and I had over 500 files to submit. The evidence and evidence analysis videos pertain to my now 5 years long process of collecting, organizing, and analyzing evidence of crimes committed against me.
Wells Fargo, and the various entities that Wells Fargo induced into crime, committed very serious crimes against me beginning in April 2019. This crime spree continued, uninterrupted, until October 2020, at which point I submitted a complaint to the United States Department of Justice.
Unbeknownst to me, a state sponsored cover-up of Wells Fargo's crimes was already underway. The information I sent to the Justice Department was given to Wells Fargo and those involved in Wells Fargo's crimes, as all of the aforementioned parties cooperatively engaged in executing the cover-up.
I have a mega conversation with ChatGPT about my victimization. The documents linked at the bottom (or the right side, for larger devies) of this page include excerpts from that conversation. The Complete Sec Submissions link has a bundle of PDFs that were printed from my submissions. Some were printed using Adobe Acrobat on the HTML "Submission Complete" page, most were printed using the "Print" button at the top of the final page. That is why some look different.
Each case related file that I submitted has that file's partial or full sha1 hash prepended to the filename. The Inventory of Files Submitted to Sec link has a spreadsheet with each file's original name, its sha1 hash, and its new name (with the full or partial sha1 hash included). If you submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, you can verify that you have received the exact file that I submitted to the SEC by running a sha1 hash function on that file.
All files from my 3rd submission going forward, with the exception of 1, or possibly 2, files, have had all private information concerning any third parties redacted. This excepts certain people, including those who are figures in the public sphere and myself. My private medical information is included, with a very extensive history.
This is necessary because well over 2 years of my medical records are a crime scene. I have already lost any hope of privacy that I previously had, regarding essentially everything that I have disclosed to Atrium Health, Novant Health, and also to my friend Jenny from Wells Fargo.
This is due to Wells Fargo invading every millimeter of my existence, with absolutely brutal force, and Atrium Health freely and proactively handing over every private detail of my life + my medical records to Wells Fargo and anyone else who could help them evade punishment for their crimes.
